Brenda (NeNe) Gerold Williams of Irving, Texas May 12, 1941 – May 13, 2019 Brenda Gerold Williams, a resident of Irving for 41 years, went to be with the Lord on Monday, May 13, 2019 at the age of 78. She was born on May 12, 1941 in Easley, South Carolina to Hoke Gassaway and Barbara Ella (Hill) Williams. Brenda married Wayne John Gerold on March 9, 1996.

She worked for the Irving Independent School District for 17 years and 3 years at Winfrey Academy before retiring at age 69. She was a Life Time Member of the PTA and a long time member of Northgate United Methodist Church. She is survived by her children, Angela Vail and husband Johnny of Irving, Tony Brewer and wife Cheryl of North Carolina, Tonya Trub and husband Charles of Colorado, Lauren Logan and husband Mike, Stewart Gerold and Chris Gerold; nieces, Diane Fidelibus of Ohio and Denise Davis and husband Bill of Nevada; 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

A memorial service is scheduled for 12:00 p.m. Saturday, May 18, 2019 at Northgate United Methodist Church, 3800 West Northgate Drive, Irving, Texas 75062. In Lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation to Northgate United Methodist Church, 3700 W. Northgate Drive, Irving, Texas 75062.
