Obituary for Brent Edward Roberts Brent was born December 5, 1962 in Bakersfield, CA and passed away August 31, 2018 in a vehicle accident resulting from a heart attack while driving. Brent is survived by his mother Barbara Carden; brother Mark Roberts; sisters, Stephanie Shawles, Melanie Stanaland and Amy Hendrix, and many nieces and nephews, plus many caring friends and co-workers. He is predeceased by his dad Ron Carden and nephew Devin Shawles.

Brent was a good man and a loving son to his mother, father and family members and will be extremely missed by all. Brent was employed with Yuba-Sutter Transportation for over 10 years, transporting special needs adults to their destinations. Brent began working in the family business as an attendant at 5th & E Shell in Marysville while still in high school and remained employed for several years, also working in construction and eventually driving tow truck and later becoming owner of the family towing business.

Brent was especially proud of his Army years having completed Basic Training in 1985 at Fort Bliss, TX. Growing up, Brent enjoyed Little League, Cub Scouts, High School baseball, and sports. He loved watching professional football and baseball in his off time.

Memorial Services are scheduled for Saturday, September 8, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at Ullrey Memorial Chapel with reception at The Refuge following the service. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Brent Edward Roberts please visit our Sympathy Store.
