BRIAN DAVID SCHNEIDER, 48, of Sidney, passed away at 11:02 PM Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. He was born on January 27, 1970 in Sidney, Ohio, the son of David and Connie (Strunk) Schneider, who survive in Sidney. On January 31, 2015 he married the former Thelma Barnett, who survives along with their daughter, Brianna Nicole Schneider; sister, Trina (Phil) Gilardi of Sidney; and niece and nephew, Lauren (Cody) Lee, and Andrew Gilardi, both of Sidney.

Brian was a graduate of Sidney High School, as well as a graduate of Edison State with a degree in human res. He was a long time employee of Freshway Foods where he worked in the human res Department. Brian was member of Holy Angles Catholic Church.

He was an avid Bengals fan, appreciated good music and had a passion for sharing his faith which he often did by quoting scripture. Brian had a big heart, was very considerate to others and loved making people laugh. He enjoyed the beach, throwing a frisbee and fishing, but most of all spending time with his family.

As it was in his nature to be help to others, in a final act of giving, Brian gave of himself as an organ donor to save the lives of others. Funeral Services are to be announced. Arrangements are in the care of Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home, 302 S. Main Ave.
