OBITUARY Brian Russell Jones February 28, 1974 – January 17, 2019 Brian Russell Jones, 44, of Houston, Texas passed away January 17, 2019. He was born in Pasadena, Texas on February 28, 1974 to Robert and Linda Jones. Brian was a project manager in home building and construction for about 18 years.

He was a member of the Good Shepherd Lutheran of Pasadena, Texas. He enjoyed fishing and hunting with his daughter. Brian played golf and loved to grill.

He cooked everything! He played football at Stephen F. Austin and preseason football for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as a deep snapper and a tight end. Brian loved a good football game!

He will be dearly missed by many! He was preceded in death by his brother Robert Alan Jones; his grandparents Tex and Bernice Josey; and grandfather Robert R. Skinner. Brian is survived by his loving daughter Alania Kay; parents Robert and Linda Jones; along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

A private family celebration was held at Forest Park East Funeral Home and Cemetery, 21620 Gulf Freeway, Webster, Texas, 77598.
