Bruce Dobner, 65, of Delphos, passed away on Thursday, May 9, 2019, at his residence. He was born on September 26, 1953, to Donald and Betty Ann (German) Dobner who both preceded him in death. Bruce is survived by a daughter, Melissa (Mike) Hamrick; a sister, Lynn Dobner Boes; and grandchildren, Victoria and Cameron Hamrick.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Neal Dobner. Bruce was a member of Delphos Eagles Aerie #471. He loved to fish, shoot guns and camp.

Collecting knives, playing the guitar and cooking on the grill were hobbies of his. He also loved to get together with his buddies; however, most importantly, he loved his grandkids and was very proud of them. Bruce loved life, and lived it the way he wanted.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 16, 2019, at Harter and Schier Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior. Visitation will also be held from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 on Wednesday where a parish wake will be held at 7:30. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
