Lowthers, Bruce F. Sr.-of North Reading, July 26th. Beloved husband of 55 year to Eleanor (Digby). Beloved father to Bruce Jr. and his wife Leslie Lowthers of Jacksonville, FL, Kimberley Lowthers of Boston and Todd and his wife Tracy Lowthers of Gloucester.

Loving grandfather to Kelsey, Braeden, Abigail and William. Brother to Brenda Lowthers Neary and Dennis Lowthers and the late Charles Lowthers, Paul Lowthers, Walter Lowthers, Marjorie Lowthers Bailey and Joyce Lowthers Bergen. Bruce is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Bruce served in the Air Force as a Military Police Officer. He graduated from Northeastern University and was a retired manager from Atlantic Food Mart. Bruce was involved over the years in North Reading Pop Warner Football, Little League, Knights of Columbus and North Reading Boosters.

Funeral from the Funeral Home on Monday, July 30th at 9:30am. Funeral Mass in St. Theresa’s Church, 63 Winter St. (Rte. 62), North Reading at 10:30am.

Relatives and friends may visit at the funeral home on Sunday 5-8pm. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bruce’s name to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, 9 Erie Drive, Natick, MA 01760.
