OBITUARY Bruce Lyle Lindberg August 9, 1933 – October 9, 2018 Beloved husband, father, papa and brother, Bruce Lyle Lindberg passed away peacefully at home Tuesday morning October 9, 2018. Bruce was born in Minnesota and his family moved to Santa Clara in 1946. Bruce was preceded in death by Dorla, his wife of 39 years.

He is survived by Pat, his wife of 22 years, his children Dean (Judy), Shelley (David), Julie, and his grandchildren Cassie, Nathaniel (Michelle), Katie, and Nicholas, and brother Brian. He was preceded in death by his sister Barbara. After graduating from Santa Clara High School he served in the Army.

He joined the Santa Clara Police Department and retired as Captain after 31 years of service to the city of Santa Clara. A celebration of life and memorial service will be held on Friday Oct. 19th at 11:30am at Bethel Church 1201 S. Winchester Blvd.
