Burk Holloman Lindsay, age 87, of Hiram, Georgia, passed away on Friday, November 30, 2018. He was born on December 12, 1930 in Shelby County, Alabama, son of the late Clarence Lindsay and the late Frances Barnette Lindsay. Burk was a veteran of the United States Marine Corp with 23 years of service as a 1st Sergeant.

He served during the Korean Conflict and two tours in Vietnam. He was a Purple Heart and Bronze Star recipient.
