Mr. Joseph Edward “Ed” O’Stean, age 73, of Dallas, Georgia, passed away Wednesday, December 26, 2018. He was born in Cuthbert, Georgia on July 25, 1945, the son of the late William Dewey O’Stean and the late Kathleen Brannon O’Stean. Ed was a graduate of Georgia Tech and worked for West Cobb Engineering & Tool.

Ed was a member of West Ridge Church where he served on the Host Team for many years.
