Burl Alan Etue, age 65, died May 11, 2019 at the Hospice Home in Fort Wayne. Mr. Etue was born May 12, 1953 in Peru, Indiana to the late Ira Darling and Hazel Marie (Pope) Etue. He was a veteran of the United States Navy where he honorably served his country from 1973-1977.

His companion of 18 years, Patricia Anne Rhoades survives him as well as six siblings. There will be a gathering and a memorial at the VA Hospital chapel in Marion on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at 1:00 PM. Committal with military honors will take place at 2:00 PM at Marion National Cemetery, Marion, Indiana.
