Burnell Harvey “Jack” Maddox, 89, of New Bloomfield passed away at his home on Friday, March 29, 2019. He was born in Callaway County on November 24, 1929, the son of the late Fay Moore Maddox and the late Winnie Lee (Harvey) Maddox. On January 4, 1949, Jack married Eva Mae (Maddox) Maddox.

She preceded him in death on March 17, 2007. Jack proudly served his country in the United States Air Force.
