Memorial Service: 2:00 P.M. Monday, January 21, 2019 at White’s Azle Chapel, 105 Denver Trail, Azle 76020. Carl was born July 16, 1936 in Akron, Ohio to William and Mary Crow Nickison.

He honorably served his country in the United States Navy. Was employed at Saia Motor Freight for a number of years before working at Bell Helicopter and retiring after 13 years. Carl enjoyed watching the Dallas Cowboys, Stock Car Races and the Indy 500.

Most of all he enjoyed being with his family and friends. He will be missed by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors: Wife, Judy Nickison; sons, Robert Nickison and wife, Wanda, William Nickison and Linda, Carl Edward Nickison and wife, Jennifer, Carl Leonard, Jr. and wife, Sherry; daughters, Mary Hinds, Laura Wright, Kimberly Darr and husband, Jim, and Amberly Null and husband, Dale; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
