Graveside service: 2 PM, Saturday, February 9, 2019 at Indian Creek Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 PM, Friday, February 8, 2019 at White’s Funeral Home, Mineral Wells.

The Rev. John Tunnell will be officiating. Mrs. Olson was born January 16, 1934 in Aspermont, TX.

She is the daughter of Joseph Henry Jones and Audrey Naomi Kinnett Jones. She married W.H. “Bill” Olson, Jr. on July 31, 1955. Pat was a long time member of Indian Creek Baptist Church, lifetime member of Palo Pinto General Hospital Auxiliary, and was a volunteer driver for the cancer societies.

Pat was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Olson; her parents, Joe and Audrey Jones; brothers, Billy Ray, Vernon Edward, and Joe Raymond Jones. Survivors: Brother, Jack Truman Jones; children, Cheryl Thornton, W.H. (Buddy) Olson, III and wife, Barbara, Teresa Taylor and husband, Herbert, and Joseph Edward Olson and wife, Tammy; grandchildren, Michael Godi, Christi Carpenter and husband, Joe, Chasity McDonald and husband, Blake, Sara Taylor and husband, Freddy, Derrick Taylor and wife, Kindal, Ashley Tuggle and husband, Brandyn, Billy Taylor and wife, Amanda, Joseph Olson, and Jacob Olson; 16 great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
