Carl Roger Shipley April 04, 1942 – March 13, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Carl Roger Shipley, age 76, of Brumley, passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2019, at his home. He was born in Heavener, Oklahoma, on April 4, 1942, son of the late Ernest Lee and Gladys (Veazey) Shipley. Carl was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing and hunting.

He is survived by four children, Johnny Shipley and Pam Anderson of Cuba, Shilene Robinett (Aaron) of Brumley, Tonya Turnbough (Jeff) of Cherryville, and Sandra Shipley of Iberia; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; two sisters, Jean Jardim and Sandy Knuold both of California; and two brothers, Bobby Shipley and wife Lucy of California and Dean Shipley and wife Patty of Tennessee. He was preceded in death by one brother, Ernest Lee Shipley Jr. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
