Carla A. Jaminski December 12, 1936 – January 10, 2019 Carla A. Jaminski, age 82, of Port Edwards peacefully went to her eternal rest on Wednesday January 10, 2019 at House of the Dove in Marshfield. Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM Tuesday January 15, 2019 at St. Alexander Catholic Church in Port Edwards. Rev.

John Swing will officiate. Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 PM Monday at Feldner/Ritchay Funeral Home in Nekoosa and Tuesday at church from 10:00 AM until the time of Service at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers memorials may be designated to the House of the Dove or hospice of your choice.

Carla was born December 12, 1936 in Iola to Carl and Harriet (Pheifer) Lohman. She spent her formative years in Amherst. She and her family later moved to McKinley Street in Wisconsin Rapids and Carla graduated from Lincoln High School where she made many lifelong friends.

She married Don Beck in December 1954. He died in 1956. She married Robert “Jammer” Jaminski on November 1, 1957 in Manhatten, KS.

He died August 26, 2007. They raised their family in Port Edwards. Born: December 12, 1936 Death: January 10, 2019 Carla enjoyed leisure activities with her family and friends including biking, camping and spending winters in Florida.

She also enjoyed doing her puzzles, game shows and attending Elvis Tribute Shows. She will be remembered for the delight she took in her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. They know that she will continue to watch over them.

She is survived by four children Cheryl (Jerry) Latraverse of Palm Bay, FL, Gary (Vicki) Jaminski of Wisconsin Rapids, Gail (Ed Mooha) Jaminski of Greensboro, NC and Dawn Jaminski (John Sellars) of Port Edwards. 10 grandchildren Jared, Carly, Nicole, Cody, Lucas, Zachery, Melissa, Rachel, Kelly and Patrick. Four great grandchildren Mackenzie, Jonathan, Austin and Ethan and one on the way; two sisters Karen (Dennis) Erdman and Nancy Zahn and one brother Chuck Lohman.

She was preceded in death by her husbands Robert Jaminski and Don Beck; her parents; sons Joseph Beck and Alan Jaminski infant sister Crystal Jean and brother in law Milton Zahn. The Jaminski family would like to thank the staff at the House of the Dove for their kind, compassionate and dignified care given to Carla.
