Obituary for Carmen Feliciano Carmen Feliciano, age 79, of Powder Springs, Georgia passed away May 26, 2018. A Memorial Service will be held at 6 pm on Tuesday, May 29 at Mayes Ward-Dobbins Macland Chapel in Powder Springs. The family will receive friends from 4 pm until the service at 6 pm.

Carmen was born on August 17, 1938 in Cataño, Puerto Rico to Angela and Cecilio Dominguez. At the age of 6, she and her family relocated to New York, where she continued her education, married and raised 2 children, and had a successful 20 year long career as a manager at a high-end eyewear company. Carmen retired to Georgia in the early 1990’s where she cared for her parents until their passing; after which she assumed the responsibility of caring for her handicapped sister.

In her spare time, she enjoyed a variety of arts & crafts, listening to music and reading. Carmen was one of the most selfless, kindest people you could ever meet. She opened her heart and her home to many and will be sorely missed.

She is survived by her common-law husband, 2 children Jo Ann & Victor, 6 grandchildren Stephanie, Joshua, Genesis, Andrew, Anthony, Brianna, and her great-granddaughter Jeslyn.
