Carol Ann Strahlman of Madeira Beach and formerly of Severna Park, Maryland and Westminster, Maryland passed away Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at Suncoast Hospice – Mid Pinellas Care Center. She was 86. Carol was born February 8, 1933 in Lubbock, Texas; the beautiful daughter of the late Vestel and Billie Nell Lott.

She enjoyed a variety of career opportunities including working as a teacher and as a realtor. Carol also served as the Press Secretary for Baltimore County but she was, however, most proud of her tenure as a Radio Talk Show host with WNAV Radio in Annapolis, Maryland. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother Gene Lott.

Carol is survived by her daughter, Susan Kerr (Ray) and a son, Scott Strahlman (Teri). She is the loving grandmother to six grandchildren; Stephanie (Randall), Michael (Tarja), Wesley, Matthew, Jacob (Sarah) and Megan. Carol also leaves behind her great granddaughter, Sini.
