She was born to Stanley and Camille Dunaj on January 6, 1945. She graduated from Waterford Kettering Class of 1963.

Carol married William Walters March 1, 1964. Carol was a homemaker and mother and had retired from the City of Brown City as the Treasurer after 18 years. She had also been a licensed beautician for over 55 years.

She looked after her kids and grandchildren. She is survived by her husband William Walters, 2 children Kevin (Candi Martus) Walters, Kimberly (Michael) Pratter. 6 grandchildren: Gabriel, Camille, Braydin, Tirstan, Jacob, Myrna.

2 brothers Daniel Dunaj, Richard (Linda) Dunaj. She proceeded in death by her two parents and a sister-in-law and a grandson. Visitation will be on Friday 2 to 8 with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Carman Funeral Home.

Funeral mass will be on Saturday at 10:30 am at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Brown City. Burial will be at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Burnside Township.
