Carol Hvolboll went home to be with our Heavenly Father on October 26, 2018. Carol was born in Medford, Oregon to Walter and Eleanora Reed. Carol and her family moved to California when she was a young girl.

She attended Dinuba High School where she developed her love of singing in choir. In 1965 she married her high school sweetheart Richard. They settled in Dinuba to raise their family.

On February 4, 2018 they celebrated 53 years of marriage. Carol was preceded in death by both of her parents and her sister Bonnie. She is survived by her loving husband and best friend Richard Hvolboll of Lindsay; her children Richard Hvolboll of Lindsay, Edward Hvolboll of Spokane, WA, Kari (Hvolboll) Chambless of Porterville, and Brian Hvolboll of Fallon, NV; her sister Darlene Rogers of Dinuba; her brother Walter “Curly” Reed and his wife Joye of Kellogg, ID; her grandchildren Ashley (Hvolboll) Chavez, Hannah, Sarah, Kristoffer and Caleb Hvolboll, Richi and Matthew Mininger, Eric Dominguez and Gwenith West; her great grandchildren Aiden and Aubrey; and several nieces and nephews.

Carol will be remembered as a loving and doting wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She always put others needs before her own. She never met a “stranger” and enjoyed sharing the love of God with everyone she met.

Her favorite Bible verses were John 3:16-17 (KJV) 16 For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not His son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him might be saved. Final arrangements have been entrusted to Porterville Funeral & Cremation Center.

A celebration of life will be held in private.
