Carolyn Stella Sears, 76, passed away on October 14th, 2018. Mrs. Sears was born on March 26, 1942 in North Carolina. She married Don Sears on June 15, 1963.

They raised 4 children; one son: Donny Sears, followed by three daughters; Lourie Sears, Cindy Sears and Donna Sears. Don Sears passed away January 7, 2001. Then later on November 17, 2001 they adopted their own daughters children and raised them as their own; Carrie, Amy, Laura, Raymond, Matthew, Sarah, Gabrielle and Alexus Sears.

And… Read More » was also loved by her grandchildren; Brittany, Amanda, Donnie, Tommy, Billy, Emily, and Robert Sears. Along with her great-grandchildren: Daniel Sears, Stella Maris, Nova Sears and Aria Sears. Carol had so much love around her and was appreciated by each and every person in her life.

She was well liked by everyone! They would all say she was the sweetest grandma. Carol was a strong person, dealing with all life’s trials on her own.

There was nothing she couldn’t do. In her spare time she enjoyed listening to music. She would sit just listening to her music on the couch.

Carol was one of the kindest people you would ever meet. She opened her heart and her home. She will be sorely missed.
