Welch; loving mother of Eileen (Ed) Clinton, John Jr. (Annette), Nelson, late William, late Robert, and late James; loving grandmother of Carrie (Ray) Flor, Katie (Chad) Maslanka, Mary and Victoria Welch, and Rachel Lewis; greatgrandmother of Raymond, Quinten, and Peyton Flor and Sophia and Anya Maslanka. Visitation Tuesday, July 10, 5-7 PM followed by a Prayer Service at 7 PM at COMFORT FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 6469 Olean Rd.

, South Wales. Carol was a member of the Auxiliary of the American Legion Post 362, an avid bridge player, pianist and former badminton champion. In lieu of flowers, the family encourages memorials to the Buffalo City Mission.
