Obituary of Carol Zacher Carol A. Zacher of Lockport, NY, passed away on Wednesday June 20, 2018 at home. Born on December 29, 1938 in Lockport, she was the daughter of William A. and Amelia C. Fiegl Steblein. She was a lifelong resident of Lockport she and her late husband, George W. Zacher did commercial gardening and farming in their younger years.

Carol enjoyed birdwatching, all animals and spending time with family and friends. Wife of the late George W. Zacher, she is survived by her children, Andrew (Janine) Zacher and Linda (Kenneth) Coulson; two siblings, Mary (late Gerald) Sicard and James (Wanda) Steblein and several nieces and nephews. Carol was predeceased by her siblings, William (Lois) and Robert (Gertrude) Steblein, Rita Nicholson and Jean (late Nick) Krenitsky.

Friends may call on Saturday from 4:00 – 7:00 PM at LANGE FUNERAL HOME, INC. 186 East Ave. where funeral services will follow at 7:00 PM.
