OBITUARY Carolyn “Chick” E. Meyer May 31, 1951 – December 19, 2018 Carolyn “Chick” E. Meyer, 67, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Wednesday, December 19, 2018. She was born to the late Carl Ernest and Helen Irene (Rider) Meyer on May 31, 1951. In her younger years, Carolyn modeled, trained dogs, rode horses and worked at the East 30 Drive-In.

She enjoyed making jewelry, reading, and healing crystals. Carolyn was a member of St. Therese Catholic Church. Carolyn is survived by her children, Carl Eric Meyer and Amber Arnold; and grandchildren, Connor, Saia, and Braden Arnold.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her spouse, Richard Klemm. A Graveside Service will be held at Greenlawn Memorial Park at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Visiting Nurse Home and Hospice.
