Carolyn Sue Lynde passed away peacefully in her sleep on November 28, 2018. She was born in Dewey, Oklahoma on October 28, 1933, youngest child of Melvin & Eula Lemmons. She has one remaining sister, JoAnne, living in Dallas.

She was a wonderful wife to Tom for over 50 years until his passing in 2007. A loving mother to her 2 sons Craig and Ken and a fantastic grandmother for Jessica and Lindsey. She was able to spend quality time with her great-grandchildren William, Jayden and Jacob.

She moved around a lot, living in Oklahoma, Minnesota, Kansas, North Dakota, Arizona, Oklahoma (again) Texas and back to Arizona. She was very outgoing and made many friends wherever she was. Viewing will be held Thursday.

December 6 from 5pm to 8pm Hughes Funeral Home 9700 Webb Chapel Rd Dallas Texas 75220 Services will be held on Friday, December 7, 12:30 at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery where she will be laid to rest with her beloved husband Tom.
