Mr. Carson Odell Bivens, age 63 of Crandall passes away Monday July 2, 2018 at his residence. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilburn and Beatrice Duncan Bivens. Sister Geneva Long and a brother, Thomas Bivens.

Survivors include his son Cody Bivens of Crandall, grandchildren, Cole Bivens of Crandall and Makayla Rogers of Eton. Sisters, Carolyn Gunter of Vonroe, TN, Wilma O’Haver of Louisiana, Christine Odell of Tellico Plains, TN, Bobbie Cross and Gladys Roper both of Dalton, and Charlotte Sanford of Chatsworth. Brothers, Kenneth Bivens of Dalton, Charles Bivens of Chatsworth, Dennis Bivens of Madisonville, TN, Randy Bivens of Tellico Plains, TN.

Several nieces and nephews also survive. Memorial Services will be Thursday 2 pm at the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 12 noon till 2 pm.
