Catherine’s Obituary Catherine Louise Dupree Bentley age 80, passed away Friday, March 1, 2019. Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 2, at the chapel of Moores Funeral Home with Pastor John Milan officiating. Burial will follow at Bentley Family Cemetery in Wilkinson County.

Mrs. Bentley was a native of Cartersville but had made her home in Milledgeville since 1956. She was a Data Computer Operator with Central State Hospital and retired with 34 years of service. She was preceded in death by her parents George W. and Clara Lee Chandler Dupree, son Jimmy W. Bentley, Jr and brother Harold Dupree.

Survivors include her husband 64 years Jimmy Ware Bentley, Sr. of Milledgeville, two brothers Gene Dupree of Sylacauga, AL and Doug Dupree of White, GA, four sisters Betty Greene of Cartersville, Dorothy Council of Woodstock, Joyce Stankevicius and Janice Beasley both of Alabaster, AL. The family will receive friends Saturday from 12 until 1:00 p.m. at Moores Funeral Home. Moores Funeral Home & crematory has charge of arrangements.
