Cathy Brown of Irving, Texas July 10, 1957 – January 27, 2019 Cathy Gayle Brown, 61, a resident of Irving for most of her life, died suddenly Sunday, January 27, 2019 at her home. Born July 10, 1957 in Dallas, she is the daughter of Catherine Jacobs Brown and the late Clyde Brown. She grew up in Irving, attended Nimitz High School and graduated from Midlothian High School.

She was an office assistant. Preceded in death by her father, Clyde Brown in 1969, she is survived by her mother Catherine Brown and her husband Jim of Euless; a son, Randy Sykes and his wife Nicole of Euless; sibings, Anthony Clyde Brown and wife Rebecca of Sache, TX, Cynthia Dawn McCuistion and husband Benjamin of Plano, and Sabrina L. Leak and husband Bruce of Euless. A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Donnelly’s Colonial Funeral Home Chapel, 606 West Airport Freeway in Irving.
