Ceaser Fraschilla of Brick New Jersey and Estero Florida died on February 22, 2019, after a brief illness. He was 82 years old. A first-generation American, Ceaser was born in Manhattan and raised in Brooklyn, New York.

He was the youngest of four children born to Salvatrice and Giovanni Fraschilla who emigrated from Sicily in the early 1900s. Ceaser spent a remarkable 55-year career on Wall Street that began with his first job as a mail-room clerk at Merrill Lynch. He rose through the ranks as a stockbroker and continued his career climb holding management positions at Merrill Lynch, Drexel Burmhan, Andersonand Strudwick and Laidlaw Equities.

He eventually became the President of Evans and Company New York, and the Syndicate Head and Chairman of Hampshire Securities. He served on the Specialty Firms Advisory Committee of the New York Stock Exchange, was a member of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange and The Bond Club of New York. Most recently, until his retirement in 2012, he was the Managing Director of Syndicate for Andrew Garrett.

A graduate of Brooklyn College, Ceaser received a degree in Business Administration. He served his country in The United States Army Reserve and was based in Fort Dix New Jersey. In 1957 he married the love of his life, Margaret Darcy, they remained devoted to each other until her death in 2014.

Ceaser is survived by his sons John Fraschilla and James Fraschilla and a daughter Darcy Eveleigh along with six grandchildren. His eldest daughter Laura Fraschilla, died in 2014. Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 3rd, 2019 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at the Old Bridge Funeral Home in Old Bridge, NJ.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Monday, March 4th, 2019 at 10:00am at the Most Holy Redeemer Church in Matawan, NJ. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Ceaser Fraschilla please visit our Sympathy Store.
