Charles’ Obituary Charles “Bubba” Barnett, 82, of Clearwater FL, formerly of Madisonville, KY passed away on Wednesday, April 10, 2019. He was born on October 7, 1936 in Madisonville to the late William L. Barnett and Helen Swann Barnett. Before moving to Florida he was a long time employee of South Hopkins Coal Mines.

He loved playing pool and spending time with family and friends. He was loved by all. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Thomas Barnett and his sister, Barbara Barnett.

Survivors include his wife of thirty-seven years Lorine Crockett Barnett; daughters, Lori (David) Duncan of Calvert City, KY and Krystal Barnett Haggans of St. Pete, FL; son, Bill (Yaulanda) Barnett of Madisonville; five grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2019 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. for friends and family at 455 Pennyrile Dr. Madisonville, KY. Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville was entrusted with care.

Burial was held at Grapevine Cemetery in Madisonville. Condolences may be made to the family at www. harrisfuneralinc.com.
