Charles “Bob” Robert Conley, 91, of Cape Coral, FL and Tega Cay, SC passed away peacefully Sunday evening, March 24, 2019 at CMC Pineville surrounded by his loving family. He was born July 30, 1927 in Buffalo, NY, son of the late Richard and Helen (Winkler) Conley. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Richard Conley and William Conley.

Bob proudly served his country in the United States Navy during WWII.
