He proudly served his country in the United States Navy. Charles is preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Hull and sister-in-law Elfriede Hull. He is survived by his son, Steven (Mattie) Hull; step-son, Robert (Mary Lou) Chappell; brother, George Hull; sister, Sharon Hull White; grandchildren, Robert, Charles and Katy and several great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 10, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Duddlesten Funeral Home, Raymondville, TX. Private interment will follow in the Raymondville Memorial Cemetery at a later time. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Duddlesten Funeral Home, 604 W. Hidalgo Ave.
