Charles “Jr”. St. Clair, a lifelong resident of Poquoson, passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2019 with his family by his side. Charles was preceded in death by the love of his life, Stormy St. Clair.

He is survived by daughter, Christina Talley (John); mother, Bonnie Wheatley (Eugene); grandchildren, Alyssa, Alayna and Mason Talley; siblings, Tammy DuVal (Brian), Rebekah Forrest (Dale), as well as many nieces, nephews and family friend, Betsy Forrest. A Celebration of Charles life will be held Friday March 8th at 3:00 pm led by Pastor David Price. “Thank you Molly and Sofia for all the love, comfort and support you gave “Uncle Nooie” In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Grafton Baptist Church, 5440 George Washington Highway, Yorktown, Virginia 23692.
