Charles M Neff, 70, of Monessen, PA, died Sunday, December 16, 2018, in Monongahela Valley Hospital. He was born Waynesburg Pa on June 17, 1948, to the late Chalmer W. and Minetta E. Neff. Besides his parents he was proceeded in death by, his sister Marlene Cox, brother Russell Neff, and daughter Sherry Neff.

Charles worked at Washington Steel, and after retirement worked at Washington Hyundai. He loved both jobs and considered his coworkers family. He was also a member of the Lions Club and enjoyed taking out his classic car.

He is survived by his wife Michele Neff; Three sons, Bruce Neff (Andrea) of San Jose, CA, Charles Neff (Stacy), and Samuel Neff (Sean); daughter, Richele Neff Wittman (Chris) two sisters, Arlene Efaw (Curt), Shona Eakin (Mike); two Sister-in-laws, Merilee Carlucci (Ralph) and Marti Miller (late- Robert); 8 grandchildren with one on the way and one great-grandchild; and several other loving family members and friends. Friends will be received on Saturday from 10 am until 12 noon in the Robert A. Billick Funeral Home Inc. Grand Blvd and Marion Ave Monessen www.
