Charles’ Obituary Master- Sergeant Charles P Hamer age 85, of Conway,SC passed away at home May 8th 2019. Born December 31,1933 in Birmingham,Al he was a son of the late Evie Hamer and Alta Mae (Buckaloo) Hamer. He was predeceased by his brother-Roger Hamer of Birmingham,Al.

He was retired Air Forceman of 24 years and worked most of his adult life as an Auto Mechanic. He was preceded in death by his wife Phyllis Abts Hamer and son Francis Shane. Surviving children include Anna Marie Hamer (Daniel Jaul)both of Atlanta GA.

, Jennifer Kearsey (Michael Travers) and one grandchild Ashley Hamer (Cole Fisher) of Houston, TX. A Memorial service will be held at Myrtle Beach Funeral Home, 4505 Hwy 17 Bypass South, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577 May 18th at 1:00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Veterans of America.
