Charles Randel Burns Randy Burns, 97 passed away on February 3, 2019 in Owosso, Michigan. He was born in Owosso on June 9, 1921, the son of Thomas and Fanny Burns. He married his high school sweetheart Virginia Radant in 1942 and they were married for 72 years.

Ginny passed away in 2014. Soon after they were married, Randy joined the Army Air Corp. in 1942 to help protect our country following the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor.
