Obituary William F. (Smooth) Hicks, 70 of Perry passed away peacefully at his home this past week with his loving wife at his side and the sun coming through the window. He was born in Dansville, MI on November 10, 1948 the son of John & Helen (Mastic) Hicks. On November 17, 2000 he married Simonie Bywater.

William was a crane operator for Midwest Bridge, C.A. Hall and then with Tobey before retiring.
