Obituary of Charles Christopher II Charles Warren Christopher II, 65, of Morgantown, passed away Saturday, October 27, 2018, at The Tygart Center in Fairmont. He was born in Morgantown on March 18, 1953, the son of the Milka (Zilkanich) Christopher and the late Charles Warren Christopher. Sadly Charles’s Mother Milka Christopher passed away three days after him on October 30, 2018.

Charlie grew up in Petersburg, WV and graduated from Parkersburg High School. Prior to his retirement, he worked as a maintenance tech at West Virginia University. He loved hunting, fishing, and spending time at the family cabin in Preston County.

He is survived by his two sisters, Patricia Buchsbaum and Debbie Christopher, both of Morgantown; nieces and nephews: Nathaniel Buchsbaum of Brooklyn, NY, Rachael Buchsbaum of Morgantown, Michael Buchsbaum of Jacksonville, FL, and Jordan Wishart of Morgantown; and one great-niece, Emrey Wishart of Morgantown. He was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Roy Buchsbaum, and niece, Jennifer Lemming. Family and friends will be received at Hastings Funeral Home on Friday, November 23, 2018, from 2 PM until the time of the Memorial Service at 3 PM with Elder Dennis Thomas officiating.
