Charlotte Ann Willoughby passed away peacefully at her home in Bear River, Wyoming October 23, 2018. She was born on December 23, 1949 in Ogallala, Nebraska to Paul Clarence and Ethel Esther (Pierce) Davis. On March 3, 1991 she married Joe William Willoughby in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Charlotte had a big heart and deeply loved her children and grandchildren. She loved to help others in any way she could. Charlotte was very supportive of others and their dreams, always trying to help them succeed.

She had a great love for Elvis Presley and anything to do with Graceland. Charlotte loved to travel and see new places. With her husband, Joe, she has traveled from California to Pennsylvania and many places in between as a part of the National Rex Rabbit Club.

Together they raised and showed rabbits for over 25 years. They were inducted into the National Rex Rabbit Club Hall of Fame a couple years ago. She worked in adult healthcare with Pioneer Counseling and Mountain Regional Services for many years.

Charlotte had great compassion and love for those she was taking caring of. She is survived by her husband, Joe; and all together their eight children: Russell Van Vleet, Billings, MT; Shannon (Robert) Stover, Riverton, WY; Jarrod (Heather) Pucel, Casper, WY; Cory (Melanie) Willoughby, Vernal, UT; Terri (Justin) Hays, Riverton, WY; Jodie Crozier, Ballard, UT; Jackie (Eric) Avis, Casper, WY; Joey (Chris) Cooper, Albany, LA. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren, with two more on the way.

And her brother, Dennis Dunlap, Alma, Michigan. Preceded in death by her mother, Ethel Esther Pierce; father, Paul Clarence Davis; late husband Claude Warren “Butch” VanVleet; and brother Ivan Dunlap. In accordance with her wishes cremation has taken place and a celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
