Cherie Adams, age 73, of Dallas, GA. passed away on Wednesday, September 26, 2018. She was born on July 31, 1945 in Greenwood, S.C. to the late John and Lillian Harrison.

Mrs. Adams owned a cleaning business and was Baptist by faith. She was compassionate, loving, loyal to any friend she had, feisty in all the best ways and most importantly she could do anything and everything she set her mind to. She was a dreamer, a loving mother, “Grammy” and great- grandmother.

Today the world is a little darker without her. She was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter, Merry Allison Adams, and her sister, Deborah Garett. Survivors include her husband, Richard Adams of Dallas, GA.

, son, Michael and Donna Adams of Hoschton, GA. , daughter, Fran Adams Pointer of Bremen, GA. , grandchildren; Erin Jones, Olivia Jane Pointer, Michael Adams, JR.

Alex Adams, great- grandchildren; JoAnna Jones, and Lucas Jones as well as a few nieces and nephews. A Graveside service for Mrs. Adams will be held on October 1, 2018 at 2:30 PM from the Georgia National Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, September 28, 2018 from 5:00 PM until 8:00.
