OBITUARY Chester “Chet” Shedd July 18, 1938 – November 9, 2018 Chester “Chet” Blanton Shedd, 80, of Fort Wayne, went to be with his Savior, Friday, November 9, 2018 at Lutheran Hospital. He was born July 18, 1938 in Fort Wayne to the late William Henry and Anna (Harrison) Shedd. He is retired from being a Kroger truck driver for 25+ years.

Chet and his wife had been married for 63 wonderful years. He is survived by his children; Linda Shedd, Gayle Klinker, Philip (Kathy) Shedd, and Paul Shedd all of Fort Wayne; six grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in passing by his wife Carol Shedd and granddaughter, Kara.

Funeral service will be Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at 1 p.m. at Greenlawn Funeral Home, 6750 Covington Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46804 with visitation beginning at noon. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Preferred memorials may be made to Turnstone and Allen County SPCA.
