OBITUARY Christine Presley Neely December 25, 1926 – January 19, 2019 Christine Neely, 92, of Indian Land, SC and formerly of Charlotte, NC, went home to be with her Lord on Saturday, January 19, 2019. She was born December 25, 1926 in Monroe, NC, the daughter of Hoyle Presley and Elizabeth Keziah Presley. Christine enjoyed quilting and was a member of South Charlotte Baptist Church.

A service to celebrate the life of Christine will be held at McEwen Funeral Service, Pineville Chapel, 10500 Park Road in Charlotte. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn East Cemetery in Weddington, NC. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Christine was predeceased by her husband of 62 years, Furman Alton Neely, Jr., and her daughter, Linda Neely Kerr.

Survivors include her daughters, Dianne Neely of Indian Land, SC and Lane Turner and husband Dean of Powhatan, VA. The family offers their heartfelt thanks to Hospice of Lancaster, SC for their compassionate care and devotion. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Lancaster, SC.
