Christine Rosalyn Josey Ford, 62, of Lincoln St., Concord NC, passed away Tuesday, April 30, at her residence. She was born September 11, 1956 in Elizabeth, NJ, to the late Frederick Josey, II and the late Minnie Christine Miller Josey. Rosalyn was a graduate of Logan High School, Rowan Technical College and studied at the University of Phoenix.

She wa a member of Grace Lutheran Church where she served as an Elder, Vice President of the Church, Evangelism Outreach, free lunch program and guitar player for the choir. Services will be held Tuesday, May 7, at Grace Lutheran Church. Visitation will be held from 12:00 – 1:00 PM with funeral services at 1:00 PM.

Burial will follow at Rutherford Memorial Cemetery. Those left to cherish fond memories include two sons, Joshua Elijah Josey Ford and Jaquan Josey Ford both of the home; two sisters, Cynthia Ann Davis and Alesia H. Anthony (Rev. Donald) both of Concord; two brothers, Warren Stephen Josey (Maria) of Kannapolis and Frederick Josey III of San Diego, CA; two half-sisters, Shelly Brown of Concord and Bridgette Robinson of Georgia; former hisband, Rev.

Eddie Ford of Concord; aunt, Margaret Handy (Andrew) of Fairview Heights, IL; special friend, Johnnie Lee Thompson of Concord and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
