OBITUARY Christopher George Salimone December 17, 1957 – October 17, 2018 Christopher Salimone, known as “Chris”, of Park Ridge, NJ passed away on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at 60 years old. Chris was born on December 17, 1957 to Hope Salimone and the late Christian Van Den Heuvel. Chris was a heavy equipment operator.

He was a member of the Park Ridge Elks and Friends with Bill W. He enjoyed being a mechanic on all his toys. Chris was predeceased by his brother Mark. He is survived by his Mom, Hope Salimone, his daughter Shelly, his brother Ernest Van Heuvel and his only sister, Johanna Janovic and her husband Todd, his life companion, Rebecca Harris, nieces and nephews.

Chris was charming, humorous, resilient and compassionate- loved by all that met him.
