Christopher A. Roystan, 50, of Hudson, NH, died unexpectedly on Friday, May 10, 2019 in Hudson. He was born August 13, 1968 in Holyoke, MA, beloved son of Robert and Judith (Towers) Roystan of Bath, NH. Chris was the dear husband of Wendy (Parker) Roystan of Hudson, with whom he shared 31 years of marriage.

In his earlier years, Chris raced BMX bikes as well as snowmobiles. He continued to enjoy snowmobiling as well as vintage snowmobile racing later in life. He was an avid hunter who enjoyed traveling, camping, classic cars, and spending time with his family and friends.

Chris was co-owner of Modern Protective Coatings Inc., where he traveled all across New England for nearly 30 years painting bridges and metal structures. He was a devoted family man that was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew him. Besides his loving wife and parents, Chris is survived by his two daughters; Amanda Corson and her husband Nathan of Hudson, Shana Annese and her husband Brian of Hudson, one grandchild, Rylee Corson of Hudson, one brother, Scott Roystan and his wife Leeanne of Hudson, a father in law, Philip Parker of Hudson, a brother in law, Jeffrey Parker and his wife Norma of Hudson, a sister in law, Sara Ducharme and her husband Steve of Litchfield, as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.

Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, May 16th from 4pm-7:30pm with a Service of Remembrance at 7:30pm in the DUMONT-SULLIVAN FUNERAL HOME, 50 FERRY ST. IN HUDSON. Burial will be held at a later date.

A Celebration of Life will take place on Friday, May 17th at 3pm at the VFW Post 5791, 15 Bockes Road in Hudson. In lieu of flowers the family encourages donations be made in Chris’s loving memory to Make a Wish@NewHampshire 814 Elm Street Manchester, N.H. 03101-2230 or MSPCA at Nevins Farm Methuen MA 01844.
