He was born on February 13, 1975 in Montgomery County VA and was preceded in death by his grandparents Alfred and Sudie Adkins and grandfather Oscar Collins. He is survived by his parents, Barry and Debbie Collins; sister, Michelle Collins; grandmother, Ruth Collins; girlfriend, Sharon Bishop; special daughter, Kory Bishop; special uncle, George Collins; special cousins, Cam and Chase; and many other cousins, family and friends.
