OBITUARY Cindy Chamberlain June 6, 1955 – January 2, 2019 Cynthia,”Cindy” Chamberlain, 63 years old passed away on January 2, 2019. Survived by her son Kyle Berciunas (Fiance-Lauren Van Roekel) and mother Joan Chamberlain. Preceded in death by her father John Robert Chamberlain.

Even with the long battles of diabetes and recent kidney failure, Cindy had a positive outlook. She was a very strong fighter with all the hardships, right until the end. She always had a creative eye for design, and was such a loving, caring person treating everyone as her own.

Memorial Visitation will take place on Monday January 14, 2019 at Second Congregational Church 525 Cheshire Dr. NE Grand Rapids, Michigan 49505 starting at 2 p.m. until the time of the Memorial Service at 3 p.m. Donations may be made in her memory to The Kidney Foundation or the American Diabetes Association.
