Obituary of Cindy McElwee-Deemer McElwee-Deemer, Cindy Lou, 56, Bolivar passed away March 27, 2018 at West Penn Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born October 13, 1961 in Johnstown, the daughter of the late Washington Lewis and Leona Jane (Penrose) McElwee. Survived by brothers Joseph McElwee and wife Deleta, Blairsville; Todd McElwee and wife Angela, Shady Grove; Glenn McElwee; Blairsville.

Numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Gravesite memorial services will be held 2 PM Friday at Germany Lutheran Cemetery. Family assisted by Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home.
