OBITUARY Clarence Edward “C.E.” Fraley November 6, 1930 – July 21, 2018 Play Tribute Movie C.E. age 87, retired technical writer for Cessna Aircraft Company, passed away Saturday July 21, 2018. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Carolyn, 2 children, daughter Debra Stanfield (Wayne) and son, Steven Fraley (Karen). He has 4 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.

C. E volunteered as a scoutmaster with the Boy Scouts of America for 8 years. He loved aircraft of all kinds and obtained a private pilots license. Wood working was a hobby.

He spent hours in his garage making useful projects for the home. C. E. loved the Lord Jesus Christ, and all his family. His funeral services will be held at Resthaven Mortuary Chapel, on Saturday morning July 28, 2018 at 11:00 a.m., with visitation one hour prior.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Phoenix Home Care & Hospice. FAMILY Carolyn Mae Fraley, Wife Steven Fraley, Son Karen Fraley, Daughter-in-law Debra “Debbie” M Stanfield, Daughter Wayne Stanfield, Son-in-law Clarence J Fraley, Father Berniece Fraley, Mother Mr. Fraley also leaves behind 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren to cherish his memory.
