He is survived by his wife Robbie and two daughters Melissa Baker of Boston, MA and Erin Wigger and her husband Abraham of Los Angeles, CA; two brothers Charles John Wigger and wife Joyce of Charlotte, NC, Anthony Wigger and wife Carol of Pownal, VT; two sisters Terri Brown of Petersburg, VA and Barbara Aram of Aurora, CO. A memorial service will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, January 22nd, at Memorial Park Funeral Home.
