She is preceded in death by her parents Claude and Carlie Lee; husband Johnny Crowhurst; and is survived by sons Kyle Crowhurst and wife Melissa, John Christopher Crowhurst and wife Heidi, Doug L. Crowhurst and wife Cynthia; daughter Valorie C. Crowhurst Hopper; grandchildren Trace Belmont Femming; Jacob L. Crowhurst, Joshua D. Crowhurst, Alaina R. Crowhurst, Brittni Cheyenne, Dylan Christopher, Cassie Marie; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Visitation will be Thursday, January 31, 2019 from 4 – 6:30 pm at Canon Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be Friday, February 1, 2019 at 2 pm at Canon Funeral Home with Pastor Roy Owens officiating. Interment will follow at Shiloh Cemetery.
